The proposed Tumacacori Highlands Wilderness area consists of approximately 84,000 acres of Coronado National Forest public lands. The wilderness boundary for this biologically diverse and visually stunning landscape has been carefully created with multiple stakeholders in order to find the perfect balance between protection and public access.
